I own and live in my award winning boutique b&b, one block from the beach & restaurants, and I offer long term stays in the off season and in the summer season. This is a great opportunity for people who want to have their own place to retreat to, and get away from the New York City to write, relax, hike and explore long island serene beaches and a relaxed culture. While cozy restaurants and a lively city centers in Sag Harbor and East Hampton are just a short drive (3 to 7 miles away). My reviews are excellent on the b&b booking engines. You'll be sure to enjoy your own space and feel very comfortable in the common spaces which are updated with contemporary art, and minimalist design. I also have a resident Weimaraner, Evie.
