Laureles is one of the best Medellin neighborhoods. Perfect Location with everything you need close to you:

• Steps away to 'Exito' supermarket ('Walmart/Target' of Colombia), shopping malls, better restaurants, coffee shops, night clubs, healthy food stores, gyms and much more.
• 7 min walk to Laureles Parks. Great choices of restaurants, nightlife and amazing ambiance.
• 10 min walk to La 33. Lots of restaurants, clubs, nightlife.
• 20 min walk to UPB University. Spanish and other lessons available.
• Less than USD $5 uber/cab ride (15 min) to El Poblado
• Less than USD $3 uber/cab ride (10 min) to La 70 - Estadio. Plenty of clubs and nightlife, salsa!
• Easy transportation to the rest of this amazing city! Very close to main streets with lot of buses routes (including an easy route to Metro)
