Luxury accomodation with resort facilities situated in the heart of Deep Creek Marina. Spectacular Murray River views with private access to the river and the advantage of having all resort facilities at your back door.

Accomodation consists of new luxury 4 bedroom townhouse, complete with spacious lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Dining area easily seats 12 people with a well appointed kitchen for in house dining. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds with their own ensuite and one also has it's own private balcony. The other 2 rooms consist of a Queen bed room and a room that will sleep 5 people with a Double bed and single bunks. All the bedrooms have I-Pod docks. The three bathrooms (2 are ensuites)you will find to be spacious and stylish.

The lounge has a 55" Plasma T.V with Blu-Ray player and surround sound. You will find a large comfy leather couch to relax on. Fully appointed modern kitchen which overlooks the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Floor to ceiling tinted glass windows and doors for great views over the Marina, pool and tennis court. Large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ,table setting and sunloungers. The laundry has a washing machine,dryer and ironing facilities. The outdoor surrounding grass area's provides for a variety of outdoor activity. The property is full air-conditioned and heating for those wintery days. Two car lock-up garage.
