The Gulch is an amazing area and this location sits right in the heart of it walking distance to great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and walking distance to downtown.

When you stay here, you can grab a cup of coffee at Barista Parlor’s Golden Sound location, or work out at Barre3 on 12th Avenue South. Grocery shop at Turnip Truck, enjoy a hip place to connect at the Google Fiber Space, and book an appointment at any of the area’s salons or spas.
