Charming single family home in nice neighborhood, close to Rehoboth Beach (2 mi), bike/run/walk path to Lewes (4 mi). or Rehoboth, less than 2 miles. Great shopping, in town and outlets 1/8th mi. You will have large loft bedroom after climbing a SPIRAL STAIRCASE with large screen TV's upstairs and down. Bathroom downstairs. Living room with TV and couch and kitchen. Parking alongside the house. ** Host has her own private suite and entrance.

I live in the house full time, so consider me a roommate you do not see or hear. There are only 2 rooms and a garage you will not have access to. I am available by text at most times.

No children or animals because of the spiral staircase.....very dangerous for children, dogs and handicapped persons. There is a two (2) night stay minimum. This is a quiet area. There are children about and neighbors are friendly but not overly so.

If you haven't read everything about this property: No children because of the spiral staircase. If you are handicapped it would create a hardship because the bathroom is downstairs. Also, no dogs. there are 2 very friendly big dogs next door who may greet you and they are harmless.
