This half-basement has its own entrance. It has a single queen bed & is a comfortable space for 1-2 adults. We have an inflatable mattress available for children or 2 more adults

A quiet & private rental

Nearby Main St, & close to some amazing restaurants, as well a modern grocery, coffee shops, and some boutique shopping

Your own bedroom, bathroom, & living space. It is connected to the house, but isolated with its own locking doors. No shared space with other guests.

No kitchenette.

We are a pet friendly location with a nice yard at the end of the street, so no traffic at all.

The unit is equipped with a flat screen TV in the living room area, and internet access.

The space is very open and comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and separated from the main living area for privacy.

No kitchen, but there is a small 1/2 fridge for storing beverages. We do have a microwave, but no cooking, a small countertop space for food. There is a small area with a coffee maker and mugs next to the small fridge. We also have a dining table-for-2 with seats.

In addition to the comfortable queen size bed, apartment is furnished with a sofa and chairs.
Closet storage is available in a large armoire.

Access to the unit does have a few small steps, so this unit should not be considered ADA access friendly.

This unit is a great companion/overflow to other VERY popular garage-apartment. On the same property, only this one is located below the main house rather than in its own unit above the garage. You can view that Airbnb listing from here...

You do have daylight thru some large windows, but views are limited as it is half in the ground. There is NO KITCHENETTE, so there should be no cooking-style food prep in this unit.

You do have a private access along the back of the house.
You do also enter thru my bicycle room. I have alot of bikes :^)
They will not impede your access, but just be aware that the first entry room is one that I use for storage of my mtn bikes and road bicycles, so you will need to be comfortable with that entry room, which is separate from the bedroom and living room you will have for this space.

Please pay attention to the stairs and walkways during or close to winter storms.
We will do our best to shovel and clean them, and also scatter ice-melter on the steps and sidewalk, but please do be cautious in case you hit a slippery patch we missed.

Midway is a small town of Swiss origin, with Main St lined with flower pots and some very nice restaurants. People from Salt Lake, Park City, and Provo areas come up here for a nice getaway.

We are minutes away from amazing hiking and biking trails, beautiful golf courses, reservoirs with beaches, fishing, and kiteboarding. Also nearby you can find the historic Heber Creeper train, and access to the Uintah mountains both thru Kamas valley and also the Strawberry Reservoir region.

From your apartment, you have nice views of Timpanogos mountain, which is what originally drew the Swiss here in the late 1800's.

We are at the end of a quiet family neighborhood street with no cross traffic or other noises common with the more densely populated apartment and condominium rentals in our area.
