Facing Lawrence Park. Excellent neighbourhood and location. Exactly 2 minutes from Lawrence Subway Station. High ceiling, great sense of indoor space, charming details. Quiet atmosphere. Clean. Pet friendly. The apartment comes furnished and with everything you see and more, such as fine dinnerware set as well as bed sheets, covers and towels.

Miejsce
Resident in this building are usually staying for many-many years. Not only the location is perfect, the apartment itself is charming. All neighbours are more than decent, and very respectful.

The closets are large and inside one of them is an excellent single bed ready to serve.

The apartment is on the 4th floor. There are 5 in total. There is an elevator, and stairs.

Everything you see is included, except personal photos, and some of my books. Among the material that is included, you have: a superb Sony sound system, works with digital files, iPod, Cds, or you may just connect your player. A new 55 inch television. Professional Juicer. Blender. Slow cooker. Coffee maker.
