Our 1930’s Dutch Colonial farmhouse is conveniently located 35 miles from Dulles International Airport. We are located in the heart of northern Virginia wine region with dozens of wineries and craft breweries. Only 45 miles to world class cultural centers, retail and fine dining the Washington DC area has to offer. Just 40 miles to the Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, enjoying the natural beauty of Virginia with hiking, cycling, kayaking, rafting and scenic mountain vistas.

Basement bedroom, recently renovated. Secluded, quiet and cozy. Must walk up 2 flights of stairs for the shower. Half bathroom is located on the first floor.

This is a basement room that we use when we are in town. This is our personal space in the home.

The room is in the basement and there is a height limitation. Not suitable for someone over 6 feet tall.

Please note, you are a guest in the room of a SHARED home. The house has full time tenants as well as Airbnb guests. You are renting the ROOM ONLY with reasonable access to the remainder of the home. Long term guests are to provide their own products (i.e. detergent and toiletries) and take care of their own space.
