The Hayloft at Easter Park Farm is located within a small private and organically farmed estate, which sits within the beautiful Woodchester valley. Located away from roads and enjoying private access into Woodchester Park the converted barn overlooks private wild flower meadows and woodland and is a short drive from the old Mill Town of Nailsworth and the pictureque Cotswold market towns of Minchinhampton, Tetbury and Cirencester.

The property forms part of a converted Arts and Crafts Cotswold Farm, restored and and landscaped by the Architect owner and sits within the grounds enjoying complete privacy with it’s own walled garden and adjacent parking.

The loft is expansive with a large open plan loft with a sitting area and wood burning stove, dining area, double bedroom, free standing open plan bath and separate WC and kitchen. It is tastefully and creatively decorated and combines modern design touches alongside a wealth of ancient timber beams and stone walls. It is furnished with the owner’s collection of rustic antiques and 20th Century pieces and has been featured in the Sunday Times Style magazine among others. Windows allow views over the valley and there is direct access into a private garden for the guest’s sole use.

A fully equipped kitchen allows for self catering with oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and a full battery of utensils and cooking equipment, including a picnic hamper and rug. Also supplied are basic ingredients, tea, coffee, milk, juice, eggs from the farm and help yourself herbs from the farm’s kitchen garden.

The open plan bedroom has luxury bedding from Bedfolk and ample hanging and drawer space.

Logs are provided for the wood burner and a BBQ is available upon request.

The Hayloft is a romantic and perfect retreat, silent, private and enjoying miles of walks without the need to use a car or access public roads and the Cotswold Way is ¾ mile away.

It is particularly convenient for the equestrian events and both Badminton, Gatcombe and racing at Cheltenham.
