Beautiful studio with a fun vibe offering expansive windows allowing you to take in the ocean breeze. You can hear the waves and soothing sounds of the pool waterfall . The bedroom offers a feel of serenity with plenty of drawer space and full mirror closet doors opening up to both hanging and shelf space . The bathroom is well lit with plenty of shelf space surrounding the mirror, walk in shower , and a double door entry opening up from the bedroom as well as from the covered front patio area , making it easily accessible from the outdoor entertaining areas.

The neighborhood is very quiet on a dead end street , but still close enough to bars and restaurants on the main strand of aguada , which you can access by bicycle or vehicle .
