* The Second bedroom (is located on the lower level) and has a common bathroom along with the living room
* An aesthetic double height living room with a cute dining area is located on the lower level
* A fully equipped and modern kitchen is located next to the living room
* Utility balcony fitted with the washing machine is located next to the kitchen

Amenities:
* Master Bedroom is fitted with a private smart LED TV with cable channels and streaming apps like Netflix and Hotstar
* Another smart LED TV with steaming apps like Netflix and Hotstar has been provided in the Living room for family viewing
* Fully Equipped Kitchen
* Washing machine has been provided for guest usage in the balcony
* The property is fully air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through single plant smart air-conditioning system (VRF Central Air-conditioning system)
* High speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity is provided (200 MBPS)
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply. The water heaters need to be put on 20 Mins before usage, and should be turned off after usage. Capacity of each water heater is 25 ltrs.
* The property has 100% power back up in case of a power outage. The power back up takes 2-3 minutes to come on. Guests can expect a disruption of Wi-Fi for up to 5 mins when power shifts to back up
* Property has elevator access to the lower level of the apartment
* Wheelchair access is available to the lower level of the apartment

Rental Inclusions:
* Fully equipped Kitchen with all basic appliances (Microwave, Gas Stove, Mixer Grinder, Refrigerator, Toaster, Electric kettle and RO Water Purifier), cookware and serve ware.
* Fresh Linen (including bedsheets, bath & face towel) will be provided at the time of check-in and every fourth day.
* Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at fixed time.

* Free Wi-Fi and DTH Service
* 40 Units complementary electricity will provided everyday for booking less than 14 nights, extra units will be charged ₹ 10 per unit.
* Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Hair dryer and Tissue Rolls.
* Washing Machine access, detergent to be arranged by guest.

Add-ons:
* Extra Linen change is chargeable @ ₹ 500 per room including towels.
* Electricity will be charged as per actual for booking more than 14 nights.

Meals & Dining:
Home delivery of food can easily be ordered in by the guests staying at our apartment from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring in your favorite food to our place, within minutes.

Grocery & Medicine Delivery:
* Groceries & Medicines can be easily ordered in for doorstep delivery through various delivery apps.
* A supermarket, pharmacy and organic vegetables and fruit store is located outside the complex. They can also deliver groceries to the house.

* Cab facilities like Uber, Ola, Meru and many other services can be called within 5 minutes at any time of the day or night.

*Pets are strictly not allowed

Car Parking facilities:
* Guests are welcome to park their car in the visitors parking located in the designated area in the complex
* Only parking for 1 car can be provided
* For bookings longer than 7 days, we will need to email the building management with your car details like car registration number, and copy of car registration documents for permitting the visitor parking to be used for more than 7 days
* Guest cars are not allowed to park their cars in the basement (which are for residents only, and each car needs to be registered with the society for being permitted in the residents parking)
* There is no provision for car washing or cleaning of the car in the visitor parking as per society rules
* The car will be required to be parked only in the designated space. Any violation will attract penalty of Rs. 1000 per violation by the building management
