Charming private back pool house on a gated property in a quiet neighborhood close to US 1, the Turnpike, the Keys, Nascar and the Homestead Speedway, and the Everglades.
You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo.

For guests wishing to stay a month or more, I would require you to provide a copy of your photo ID.

Miejsce
You have your own parking space and a lighted path to a newly furnished guesthouse. Guesthouse is on a 2 acre property with lots of room for a walk or a game of soccer.

All your kitchen amenities are here including a coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, basic food item such as spices, milk, eggs, and bread along with snacks. If you're going to the beach, camp chairs and beach towels are also provided. There is also a barbecue grill that guests can use.

The pool is located between the home of the host and the pool house. Guests are welcome to swim anytime as the host rarely uses it, however, there will be rare days when the host’s family comes into town and will use the pool. If that ever happens, we will of course work around YOUR pool time preferences and schedule! Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
