Fantastic 1 bedroom located at Palmas Del Mar Resort. Our condo is located 50 feet from the beach and sits on a two 18 hole golf course community. Our condo has been completely renovated and updated with new kitchen, bath, appliances and furniture. Located in a double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Palmas Del Mar has many things to offer restaurants, tennis, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding.

Our condo is a beautiful one bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed in the master bedroom. A queen size pull out sofa bed with a top of the line comfortable memory foam mattress located in the living room. It has a dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 1 and a Half bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi, two 55 inch Samsung smart TV’s, a balcony with a nice relaxing seating area overlooking a beautiful golf course. It’s also steps away from the beach and conveniently located walking distance to Wyndham Candelero Beach Resort.

Beach Village is a wonderful resort type community in Palmas del Mar. Palmas Del Mar sits on one of two 18 hole championship golf courses. Our condo is just steps away from the beach. Palmas has a shopping center, gift shops, restaurants, supermarket, two marinas and hiking trails. The Wyndham Candelero Hotel is just walking distance from our condo. Near by El Yunque Rainforest, Fajardo bio bay, Culebra & Vieques islands ferry are just 15 minutes away, Fishing, snorkeling & scuba diving tours nearby. Check out our guidebook it has a lot of our favorite places to visit in Puerto Rico.
