Come relax in our luxurious and spacious 3-bed, 2-bath condo (#613). Enjoy tropical breezes and watch ocean waves from your living room, kitchen, master bedroom and patio. Easily accommodating 10, enjoy direct beach and pool access from your private patio. Hit the gym, tennis court, basketball court, kids play area or two pools in our gated complex with 24/7 security. Local tasty cuisine, seafood restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby.

Two private parking spaces for guests and a large local supermarket, plenty of great restaurants, and the Aguadilla international airport nearby…what else could you want from a weekend, week- or month-long trip! Our community has amenities for young kids and adults, but also...the beach/ocean directly out front. Hurricane Proof, we have backup diesel generators and water cistern. This unit can be rented with Tropical Beach Retreat (unit 511) and Puerto Rico Beach Condo (unit 411).

-EXTRAS (requests must be made PRIOR to guests' arrival, all additional monies requested for services or goods listed below will be made through Airbnb. Upon confirmed receipt, items will be delivered).

One time charge of $99 per soft top surfboard (up to 4 available at one time) for the length of a reservation

One time charge of $99 for groceries available upon guests' arrival, they include:
1 gallon of milk
1 loaf of bread
1 dozen eggs
1 whole chicken
1 assorted basket of fresh vegetables and fruits
1 small instant coffee
1 small case of sugar
1 small case of butter
1 small case of yogurt
1 box of cereal

Regarding our yoga classes, it is $90 per 90 minute session.

*Cleaning products and procedures-We routinely clean ALL of our Airbnbs with products recommended by consumer reports and follow procedures recommended by the CDC so that our guests can feel confident, safe and remain healthy in our Airbnbs.

**Due to the ongoing pandemic and recent events, our staff need adequate time between guests to clean and service the units. Inhibiting our ability to service the units will result in extra fees.

A $60 fee will be applied for non-compliance with checkout (10am). An extra night charge will be applied for guests who decide to check out after 12pm and the security deposit will be withheld.

Guests are able to access the entire space. Names of guests in a party must be provided PRIOR to the beginning of a reservation in order to gain entry into the complex. Non-registered guests (at the time of the booking) are not permitted entry into the condo nor use of the facility.

Friendly Reminders

1. SEND us the names of the people in your party PRIOR to your vacation stay. ONLY guests on our list are able to enter the property and they MUST match the same number registered on Airbnb. No other persons are able to ENTER the property at anytime.

2. Do NOT pour any substance down any of the drains other than water and soap (ie bacon grease, hair dyes, etc.) or use and attempt to flush excess toilet paper. A plumbing charge will be passed on to guests should sinks or other get clogged.

3. Do NOT lose the key set. The keys are unique to the apartment and the complex. They cannot be replaced overnight, will incur a $300 charge, and your access to the apartment and complex will most likely be delayed by several hours.

4. BE careful with the TV, air-conditioning and fan remotes. A similar charge will occur, and will not be replaced.

5. Should you use the air-conditioning units, SET the units at 71-75 degrees. Setting the a/c units lower than those temperatures will burn out the a/c motors. It is a significant cost to guests. When leaving the unit for the day, turn off the a/c units.

6. PARK only in the parking area indicated.

7. NO excessive loud music or noise, please respect our neighbors.

8. DO NOT share the lockbox code with individuals other than those in your party.

9. Pets are NOT allowed at our properties. A $500 fee will be imposed if a pet enters the property.

10. Our properties are 100% non-smoking.

11. DO NOT damage the bed linens, pillows, towels especially with hair dyes.

12. We do NOT provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

13. FILL out the government form indicating you are covid-19 free and either leave it in the unit or send a picture of it on Airbnb.

14. Lastly…ENJOY your stay! Should you need guidance on where to eat or things to do, please Airbnb message me and I will answer asap.

II. PROCEDURE AND RULES FOR USING SWIMMING POOLS

a) Social distancing - 6 feet between persons.
i. It is mandatory that people maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet between persons of other families or households.
ii. As per executive order any owner or tenant who is returning from a trip outside of Puerto Rico must comply with the order and the 14-day quarantine process before enjoying the recreational areas.

b) Limit people – A maximum of 10 people can be inside the pool and 20 across the area including the pool.
i. The enjoyment of the area will be limited to only 2 hours per holder and family.

c) While enjoying the pool area, it is mandatory at all times to be present the owner or tenant registered with the guard. No visitors, guests, parties, meetings or celebrations are accepted in the pool area.

d) Hours - 8:00am to 6:30pm.
i. The pool hours will be from 8:00am to 6:30pm. This will allow sufficient time for people to collect their belongings before curfew.
ii. Each owner or tenant will enjoy the pool area for a maximum of 2 hours.

e) Access to the pool area.
i. Owner or tenant shall call the guard to access the pool (787-830-4650).
ii. The pools will remain closed unless they are specifically requested to be opened during (8:00am to 6:30 pm). Users must contact security personnel to open/ close the pool area when they desire to use it.
iii. Security guards will ask the following from people requesting to use the pool: name of the owner or tenant, apartment number, contact number, and the number of people in the family/ household.
iv. Only one entry gate to the pool area will be used in order to maintain control as there are security cameras to monitor the entry and exit of all people.
v. Once an individual, family, or household is done using the pool, they must inform the security guards so that the guards can keep track of the number of people at the pool at any one time (787-830-4650).

f) No food and drinks - No refrigerators in the pool area.
i. You cannot have coolers or food in the pool area or gazebo. The consumption of food and drinks within the pool is prohibited.

g) Any owner or tenant who wants to enjoy the pools will have to bring their own chair. The chairs and lounge chairs of I. B. C. remain in storage to minimize the potential spread of germs on shared surfaces.

h) Hygiene - Shower before entering the pool.
i. "Hand Sanitizer"” available in special stations.
ii. It is compulsory take a shower before and after using the pools.
iii. It is mandatory that each person use a towel.

i) Waste or Rubbish.
i. Any object or material left in the area unsupervised will be thrown away.
ii. Every person is responsible for handling waste and placing it in the intended containers.

III. Any violation of this protocol, security and/or administration personnel have the power to decide to close the facilities until further notice and holders could be fined for each violation of the protocol.

Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can.
