This is a posh neighborhood with many high end villas. It is located in the heart of Dubai, very accessible and makes it super easy to get anywhere within a very short time. The villa is 5 mins from Al Barsha Mall, 7 mins from Mall of the Emirates, 12 mins from Marina and JBR, 20 mins from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa, 13 mins from Miracle garden and 30 mins from the outlet village.
The neighborhood is very safe and secure. There is private security near by 24/7. you can leave your pot of gold on the street and still find it. It is also a quite and beautiful neighborhood with a charming ambiance.
