GORGEOUS CUSTOM BUILT 7 bedrooms with 2 storey half duplex CLOSE TO University of Alberta. The house is 2800 sqft living space includes basement. Open concept with 9鈥 Ceiling and gleaming hardwood floor throughout. Lots of large windows with ample natural lights. Spacious living room features a modern and stylish linear fireplace. Gourmet kitchen large quartz countertops island& stainless steel appliances.

This house is suitable for 2 big families to share the same house but also have completely separated units. We have two kitchens, and two laundry rooms. (But this listing is only for one side of the duplex, one side has 7 bedrooms!)
We provided:
1. A master bedroom in second floor with a king size bed;
2. Two second floor bedrooms with queen size bed(so two queen size beds in total);
3. A family bonus room in common area in second floor with a sofa bed, which can convert to a double size bed;
4. A main floor kids bedroom with a bunk bed, and a pull-out bed under the bunk bed with a twin size mattress;
5. Living room with a big sofa bed, which can convert to a spacious queen size bed; bonus room with a mid-size sofa bed, which can convert to a double size bed;
6. Three bedrooms in basements with 3 queen size beds.
And we also provide a playpen for infant to sleep, and two high chairs for kids to eat;
Important Notice: Due to Covid, Airbnb doesn鈥檛 allow to stay more than 16 persons.

Special offers: car seat, extra mattresses, or extra bedding sheets may provide if you requested.
We have a big deck with BBQ Grills to use.

We also provided Netflix to use for you to watch free movies or dramas.

This is a prefect location in centre of Edmonton! Closes to UA, quick access to White Ave, Southgate Mall, and Calgary trail (5 mins drive). Only 10 mins drive to downtown, 15 mins drive to West Edmonton Mall, and 20 mins drive to Airport. Around the house has many gas stations, grocery stores and delicious restaurants, but very quiet neighbourhood!
The house has a big deck attached the back of the house, and you can BBQ in the summer.
