"Come Stay" is a peaceful, modern studio apartment in our 1905, fully renovated building located in the city's vibrant arts district. It has 2 built-in Alexas, full sized appliances, and courtyard views. There is a privacy wall separating the bedroom from the living area.

Haynie's Corner Arts District is a vibrant destination neighborhood. Throughout the year there are festivals, concerts, markets, and other events open to the public. All of these events plus several local restaurants, lounges, museums, and nano-breweries are within walking distance of the Rathbone. We are only blocks from the riverfront and the Greenway Passage.

The property that we have is truly unique. Built in 1905, it was originally developed as a retirement home for women, at a time when they couldn't really own property and widowhood was a real issue. It ran more or less in that capacity until 2017, when it shut down. Fast-forward to 2018, the local historic area is hip and cool and we have completely updated the entire place, put a lot of cool technology in and made it a super cool place to stay.
