"Tropicasa" sits on 2 acres of privately owned waterfront property. We have 3 other rental houses here, but the property is gated and not open to the public. Perfect for groups of 8-12, this 4 bedroom house has a full bar, nice dining area, two master bedrooms with en-suite baths plus 2 guest bedrooms with shared baths. The house sits just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets almost every evening. Fish from our pier, or bring your boat! Dockage and trailer parking is included.

Located at MM 99. 2 in the heart of Key Largo, near several nice restaurants (like Snooks, Bayside Grill and Mrs. Macs), this property epitomizes how the Keys used to be. Laid back, with beautiful coconut palms, hammocks, tikis, a fishing pier, and unbeatable open water views. We are pet-friendly, with no pet fee. There is a fully fenced yard and patio with gas grill. Kayaks and paddle boards are included. WIFI in the house and on the grounds.

For your safety, we maintain the highest cleaning standards and offer self check in. There is plenty of room on the property to spread out and social distance.
