Our cozy family cottage is WATERFRONT and surrounded by trees and nature. With 90 feet of clean lake shoreline, it is ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. Just minutes away from the picturesque town of Fenelon Falls and Coboconk.

No pets. No smoking. Our family cottage is WATERFRONT and located on Balsam Lake/Gull River. We have 90 feet of clean lake shoreline. Water visibility is stunning, making swimming excellent. The cottage is situated on a half acre lot.

Our family cottage has a bathroom, kitchen, three bedrooms and a living room. The living room is equipped with a double size pull out sofa bed. Entry to the cottage is into the kitchen and living room, is an open concept space. Additional door to enter/exit from the living room onto the deck. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, four burner full size oven range, cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, coffee machine, pots, pans, and toaster. There is an outdoor deck with chairs and a propane barbeque. Kids picnic table on grass area. Six Adirondack chairs and a fire pit facing the shoreline. There is a dock and a four person canoe. There is ample parking at the cottage.

The water has great visibility without any weeds. This visibility makes swimming incredible! The property is forested with mature trees and offers full sun for the sun seekers and also shade at all times of the day. The cottage is located in Coboconk, 5 km from Coboconk Town and 15 km from Fenelon Falls, with plenty of summer activities for families in the surrounding areas.

In the winter, families can enjoy nearby snowmobile and ATV trails. Explore the Kawartha Lakes through the breathtaking trails of snow-laden pines and maples, a great ride is guaranteed!
