Enjoy life and relax in this comfortable refurbished self contained 3x2 home in central Dunsborough, with great golf views, a fully fenced garden & all the necessities like WiFi and a new kitchen.

This spacious home is ideal for families and groups. Appreciate this ideal location and ride the bike to the beach nearby or to the CBD. Swim in the beautiful turquoise waters of Yallingup & Meelup beaches, accessible in 10 min drive.

We ask our guests to bring their own bed linen (fitted sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases), towels and toiletries.

Features a TV room at the front and 3 cosy bedrooms as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, WiFi, Air Condition/ heating, BBQ, kids playground, portable cot, high chairs and more.

The beds are comfortable, clean and protected with waterproof mattress protectors and pillow protectors for your comfort and hygiene.
If you need more space you can use the double sofa-bed in the lounge room.

We provide the basics like hand soap, tea towels, dishwashing liquid and tablets, washing powder, tea, instant coffee, milk pods, sponge, garbage bags...

You can check in and check out easily with the key locker located outside.

It is a quiet place located in a cul-de-sac in a residential neighbourhood.

The house has been fully refurbished in 2019 (except bathrooms). We love the main living area that is very spacious, has a great dining space, with a bar, a handy kitchen and great views on the Golf course and on the trees.

The pergola is very pleasant when you want to enjoy your wine and relax eating a good barbecue.

We provide a washing machine (with powder) and an iron/ ironing board in the laundry.

BBQ
Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for your leisure use. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the plate clean. An extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the BBQ is found dirty as it involves more work for our cleaners :).

Beds & Blankets
We don’t provide any bed linen nor towels (We ask you to bring your flat sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases). All mattresses are protected with waterproof mattress protectors. We provide doonas and pillows in every bedroom. Pillows have waterproof protectors so you can use them with your own linen. Blankets can be found in the cupboards/ wardrobe in every room for extra warmth. The sofa bed also has pillows + blanket in the chaise longue part (pull open).

Behavior and Noise
Please be mindful of our neighbours. We kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter-side before 8am and after 9pm.
Our place is very special to us, and serious complaints of unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 10AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? It should be fine, but please check with us first. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Cleanliness
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty tea towels in the hamper provided in the laundry. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Also please respect our property and our things and keep it clean before you leave as we also live here.

Damage
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. Break or damage to piece of furniture might be charged $50-$500 depending on damage.

Eating areas
We ask that you please only eat in the Main living area and in the garden to avoid staining carpets, sofas, beds and walls which might result in the security deposit being retained.

Extra guests & Occupancy
We ask that you kindly respect our occupancy requirement of 6 people maximum for the night. This is because we only have the permit for maximum 6 people staying in the house and we only have insurance for liability and personal injury for up to 6 guests.
Unfortunately it is not possible to have extra guests stay in the house for the night (unless the total maximum people staying is not over 6).

Furniture
We would really appreciate if you could please not rearrange our furniture. Of course we have kids too so kids’ furniture can move around  But please try and keep the layout the same as when you arrived. If you break or damage a piece of furniture we might need to charge a fee of $50 to $500 depending on the damage.

Gatherings or Parties
No parties are allowed at the house. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges ($250 minimum fee applied) and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbours, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Golf Course
Please note you are not authorised to play golf on Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course without paying green fees to the Country club.

Kitchen
We ask that you please ensure you use knifes to cut/ prepare your food on the cutting boards as our benchtop is laminate and is prone to deterioration. Also please don’t put your hot pots and pans directly on the benchtop as it will mark and burn it. Please use the trivets/ coasters that are available to you. The kitchen thanks you!

Unfortunately due to the benchtop and table top being hard and expensive to replace we might need to retain all or part of the security deposit for replacing/repairing it.

Keys
Please don’t forget to leave the keys in the key locker located next to the meter box on the right hand side of the house when you leave. Each unreturned key will be charged $5 as we will need to get a new ones cut.

Left-overs
Please be mindful that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. Also, feel free to leave consumables behind instead of throwing them away, we try to avoid waste as much as we can :)

Lights / AC / Heating
To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it's not in use or when leaving the house. Mother Nature thanks you too!

Minimum age requirement
Due to previous problems (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) we’ve needed to implement a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

Minimum night requirement
 Min 2 nights stay during long weekends
 Easter min 3 nights stay
 Xmas min 5 nights stay
 School Holidays - min 2 nights stay

Off-limit areas
We kindly ask our guests to refrain from opening the locked cupboards in the Laundry and the Kitchen and the locked door under the carport (store room). Please note any damages to locks by forcing on them will incur a $90 fee.

Pets/ Animals
As much as we love animals, we cannot accept them into the house as some of our family members are allergic to them.

Parking
You can park under the carport that accommodates for 2 cars and on the driveway.

Security
To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the gate on the left hand side of the carport closed as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest’s stay remains problem free, and this is just one small thing we can do to ensure that.

Shoes in the house
Children need to be supervised at all times when playing in the play area outside. We will not be responsible for any injuries resulting from using the playground nor the bikes. To ensure we keep the carpets clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes inside the bedrooms and in the lounge/ theatre room – basically wherever there is carpet.

Smoking & Drugs
Smoking is not permitted within the house nor in any parts of the garden. Please make sure that smokers only smoke on the verge or in the street.
Vaping/ e-cigarettes is authorised outside the house only.
This is because our family is a non-smoker family and we have small kids that we would not want to expose to cigarette smoke and odors. Also it is always nice for external people to come into a house that doesn’t smell of cigarette especially if they are non-smokers.
Please remember to always put your cigarette butts into the bins to avoid pollution. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor, stains or burn damage may be applied. When staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.

Soap & Shampoo
We know how important a good shower is ! So we have put shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms for you to use. Enjoy!

Tea Towels
They can be found in the small cupboard under the sink. Please put dirty tea towels in the hamper in the laundry before you leave.

Wet rooms
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary items in the bins we’ve provided in the bathrooms. If we have to call a handyman or plumber to repair anything we will have to retain all or part of the security deposit.

Located in the Dunsborough Lakes Golf course in a quiet cul-de-sac, the cottage has golf views over hole #7. It is in a residential area surrounded by very nice locals. It is a flat less than 2km ride to the beaches of Geographe Bay, a 10 min drive to Yallingup Beach and Meelup Beach. There is plenty of wineries and breweries close by, Simmo's ice creamery, coffee shops, bakeries, plenty of restaurant and tavern options in Dunsborough CBD. Also the Coles is less than 5 min drive, as well as the fuel station. Plenty of options to go on a bike ride as it is a very flat area, where you can also spot plenty of ducks, parrots, kangaroos and more. Kids playgrounds can be found in less than 10 min drive.
