Nice and spacious 30m2 studio and 5m2 loggia/terrace, double exposure East and South, quiet overlooking to the pine forest, second floor without elevator of a small residence. Beach, shops, market and entertainment 100m from the apartment, hundred of free car parks available closed to the building, where you can park your car, it is the insurance of holidays without a car closed to the best european beack breaks and surf spots !

Best european beach break and surf spots around !

All facilities and entertainments (shops, restaurants,etc) at less than 100m all around the studio.

Seasonal market from 9:00 to 13:00. Food, arts and crafts, clothing :
- from 20/04 (Easter) to 15/06 : on Sunday mornings (according to weather conditions) ;
- from 19 to 29/06 and from 04 to 14/09 : Thursday mornings and Sunday mornings ;
- from 01/07 to 31/08 : Tuesday mornings, thursday mornings and Sunday mornings.

The largest waterpark in Les Landes is at 200m of our apartment, next to the beach : 2 800 m² water surface, spas, bubblebaths, waterfalls, water slides and a 9 m high kamikase water slide !
You can spend there the whole day with your family and have a meal or a picnic in the shade.
Play area, beach volley, bowls (equipment at your disposal).
Beach club, swimming lessons, aquarobics, lounge beach chairs hire.
