Light and airy bedroom, with a lovely through bathroom and large shower and pleasant decoration.
THe lounge is an excellent size and offers, dining area, sofa, easy chair (floor mattress).
Shared entrance to the house, then leads to your front door of the flat which is private form this point onwards.
From the lounge you have access to all areas of the flat. THe kitchen is a fully fitted galley kitchen, with access to a private gated secure yard. YOu can also enter by this way if you prefer.

Nice cosy little flat with a private yard at the back. Great place if you are looking for a relatively quiet place to rest.
The lounge is the hub to every part of the house. The kitchen is a galley kitchen and leads onto the outside area.
From the lounge you go into the toilet area and basin up a step into the shower area. Then hidden behind a semi wall is the bedroom.
The bedroom is underneath the 1st floor flat lounge but they are under instructions to turn the tv down at 10pm as I own both the flats. However if you are light sleeper, this may not be the right flat for you.
The bedroom has a double bed which is nice and comfy, and let me know if you want the mattress in the lounge for the 3rd person.
THe bed is a low bed, as it helps make the bedroom, which is on small size seem more spacious.
THe lounge has a leather sofa that does have a few childrens felt tip pens scribbles on the cream leather, and has a cream cover over the seats to hide this fact.
The lounge carpet also has a few marks but this was professionally cleaned and the company were unable to get the marks to come up, hence the rugs over the carpet.

A toilet roll is provided for your arrival but as you are self catering, the rest is up to you.

Longer term lets
Please also note that this flat can be rented on a longer let as a short hold assured tenancy but a contract will need to be signed for a 6 months let and photo ID will also be required. ALso the price will be lower to this present rate to mirror the length of the tenancy agreement as you will become responsible for the utility bills and council tax.
The garden at the back is accessible from inside the flat and down the back street and will easily take a bike poss a motor bike too, but you will need to chain it up and you cant bring the bike in to the house...please.

Shared entrance to the house at the front, the garden at the front belongs to the upstairs flat, OR you could enter from the back of the flat, which is totally private to your flat.

There is not a washing machine but the laundrette is close by, 10 min walk form the flat. YOu can also hang your clothes outside in your private yard area to dry.

I love being outside trekking in the mountains and snow shoeing and skiing in the winter, I'm either in the UK half of the year or Bulgaria the other half. Leeds, UK - Its my home and I love this city, its lively yet quiet, modern with many green spaces, free venues and gigs, modern shops or quaint old style pubs..... a real mix. I can get out in the countryside, rock climb or go for a beer in the local pub...... I'm working when I'm back, and getting ready for my summer or winter working trip to BG. Bulgaria - I love being here in Bansko, its a beautiful place with lovely people and the mountains are magical. both summer and winter. My Ausy friends call me a "life be in it" My apartments, well I still pinch myself as I cant believe they are mine. I love being here and I want my guests to come and enjoy being here as much as I do. I live in a family area, not the loud rowdy party area, we sleep well here and peacefully, it makes for a more fun day :-) I did advertise with (Website hidden by Airbnb) but they are not as good as airb&b, so I swapped. SO you can see my reviews there yet get a better price with Airb&b I live next door in the next door apartment, so if you need I'm here, if you don't need me just say hello and I'll let you get on with your activities :-) unless you do something naughty and then I will tell you off........ nicely though. I'll most likely be out and about or in the garden, or snow shoeing, writing a menu or even cooking for guests. We also run the place as a chalet if people dont want to cook. I can book ski equipment and airport shuttles for you just ask if I can help I will, if I cant I'll let you know and hopefully find a suggestion for you. We also have books and games in the apartments and wifi, decent wifi, and I'm about to invest in some nice TV's just waiting for the prices to drop in summer :-) Oh and I've tried every bed in the place and they are all A-OK.
