Similarly for families who prefer short period Holiday stay.My property is 2BHK with fully Air/C. It is less than 5 Km from KIMS hospital. Since I stay with my family in the ground floor this property is much suitable for ladies stays also.

-The Guests are requested not to shift any furniture or mattresses from the place.
-The apartment is cleaned prior to the arrival of guests and the guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the place.
-If milk is required . It will be provided at additional cost.
-The guest should specify the exact number of people in the group as we will be making Arrangements for their stay based on the number provided by airbnb.If planning to bring extra members,it should be clearly intimated and the extra payment (if applicable) should be done accordingly.
-Coffee powder,tea powder,sugar, etc are kept free of cost along with kettle to make your day great.
-bachelors please enquire before booking there will be additional cleaning charges applicable.
