This home is located in the very desirable Sombrero Beach neighborhood and its premiere location is a 2 minute walk to beach itself. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an abundant list of amenities, this home has everything guests need for a relaxing and memorable Keys vacation.

Guests are welcomed to this property by a meticulously landscaped exterior. This home is perfectly
positioned on this property allowing ample space in the front of the home for car and trailer parking, while still providing an extensive back yard for a large pool and outdoor enjoyment.

The interior of this home is the essence of casual elegance and well-appointed throughout. The kitchen
is bright and beautiful with extra attention given to every detail. All appliances are upgraded and the kitchens flow through design is spacious and inviting, giving guests the option to relax at home for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Master Bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a king size bed and on-suite bath with a lovely walk-in shower.

The guest rooms are all well thought out to maximize space and comfort for guests. The first guest room offers a queen size bed and on-suite bath as well, also boasting a large walk-in shower. The second guest room offers a queen bed. The third guest room offers additional sleeping for four, with one twin bed plus trundle and a set of bunk beds. The second and third bedrooms share a spacious guest bathroom with double vanities and a combination shower and tub. A sofa-bed in the living room can also accommodate additional guests. All bedrooms are on the main living area.

Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee and evening cocktails on the oversized balcony while
savoring spectacular tropical views.

Guests are always pleased to find the lower level of this home so well designed. It hosts a large bonus room that can be utilized as a second living room or game room. The lower level also offers a fourth full bathroom, with easy access to and from the pool. *There are no bedrooms on the lower level.

Stepping to the back of this home guests are greeted by gorgeous grounds and a large heat-optional
pool with plentiful poolside deck space to soak in the sun. This home sits perfectly on a wide canal. Boaters are delighted by the 50 feet of dockage, and once again, this homes premiere location provides almost immediate ocean access.

Extra amenities include: a propane gas grill, fish cleaning station, bait freezer and ice machine, foosball table and board games.

ACVR Cancellation Policy ~ We have a strict 90 day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of your arrival date. If you must cancel your reservation within 90 days of your arrival, we cannot refund your deposit or any rent collected unless the rental is re-rented for the entire period for the same rental amount and prepayment has cleared. ALL cancellations are subject to a $250.00 rebooking fee. If the unit is re-rented for the entire period, same rent amount and pre-payment has cleared, you will be charged a $250.00 rebooking fee. Any fee marked "Reservation Fee" is non-refundable. The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Covid Cancellation information: In the event that Monroe County is not allowing visitors into the county, you can move your reservation to a later date or we can offer a refund less a $100 processing fee. If the County is open to visitors, the standard cancellation policy applies.
