Guest have full and private access to the entire condo. The pool is shared with other units and pools in Navarre are NOT heated.

Host requires a signed rental agreement that lists names and ages of all guest under 30 years of age. Agreement will be sent electronically after the reservation is complete from RightSignature.com. Your email address will be required to complete the rental agreement.

Door code and access instructions will not be issued until the rental agreement is signed.

Damages to the condo, furnishings or stained linens will result in a fee applied to the damage deposit.

Absolutely no pets, this complex has rules prohibiting pets for renters.

Pool is not heated.

Sunset Harbour Palms is a quiet complex located on the north side of Gulf Boulevard on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Gulf of Mexico is within walking distance and the National Seashore is less than a 5 minute drive. The pool and gas grills are next to the condo. Pools in Navarre are NOT heated. Parking is available on both sides of the building.
