The cottage is fully furnished, with Wi-Fi, DSTV, engulfed in a beautifully maintained garden with private court yard and entrance. Entertain your friends at our shared pool area with braai facilities. There is ample parking plus enough space to accommodate your horse trailer and rooms for your groom.

Glenferness is a great base from which to experience some of the tourist attractions around and just outside Johannesburg. The rugged beauty of the Magaliesberg Mountain Range is close to perfect and is a favourite amongst rock climbers, hikers, birders and explorers. These mountains are only 30 minutes’ drive from Glenferness, making them a convenient option for a day outdoors. Hartbeespoort Dam and the prehistorically-precious Cradle of Humankind are also relatively nearby and make for very exciting excursions out of the heart of Johannesburg. Pretoria is a 30-minute drive away.
