The Woodlands is a recently refurbished 2 bedroom terraced house located in a quiet residential area of Bishop Auckland. The properties locations is close to all major routes, giving you easy access to Durham, Newcastle, Darlington and Teesside. The property is ideal for contractors working in the region, a family or group of friends looking to enjoy the local area. The perfect place to stay for Kynren and The Food Festival.

The downstairs space consists of lounge, dining area. and Kitchen.

The lounge has two sofas, coffee table and Smart TV with Amazon and Netflix so you needn’t miss out on that series you’re following just because you’re away from home.
The lounge leads to the dining room which has a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, ideal if you’re a family wanting to share quality time together during a sit down meal, or if you’re here with colleagues on business and want a space that you can share to work. The property has an ultra fast internet connection so you can stay in touch with the office or friends back home.

The kitchen is also well equipped, with Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Hob and Microwave as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine that makes a variety of coffees at the touch of a button.

Bedroom 1 has a Double Bed and a Single bed. There is wardrobe space and a dressing table with Mirror.
The bedside Lamps in this room have built-in USB Charging ports so you can conveniently charge your devices.

Bedroom 2 has Bunk Beds and a Single bed.

All the beds have hotel style pillows, brand new mattresses and also have crisp clean sheets with cosy duvets.
