Great tidy space with all amenities necessary for a comfortable and hassle free stay. A stone throw away from everything Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty have to offer. Easy access to public transport, bike routes and local parks that have fantastic views over the harbour and Mount Maunganui. Just a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to local shops. Perfect place for a getaway.

Our space is a self contained unit below our home with independent access. It is a studio apartment with a queen size bed, kitchenette, sofa/lounge area and bathroom. You have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

Our garden is to be enjoyed by guests staying, if the sun is shining please feel free to have your morning coffee/tea outside, there will be a very friendly Labrador that will occasionally be wondering around.
