The apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV. It boasts a relaxing sea view and garden. Two bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with queen bed, and 1 bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with built in shower and a washing machine

L'appartamento è nuovo e luminoso con giardino privato e posto auto all’interno. Adatto per ospitare quattro persone più lettino aggiunto/culla bimbo. Ci si trova un ampio portico, attrezzato di tavolo e sedie per le vostre colazioni/pranzi/cene vista mare.
Appartamento è inoltre dotato di riserva idrica, barbeque, ombrellone e sedie a sdraio. La cucina è attrezzata di forno, lavastoviglie ed elettrodomestici necessari. Sono presenti condizionatori indipendenti zona giorno e notte, uno per camera.
Al momento del check in vengono richiesti EUR 60,00 per le spese di pulizia alloggio, e bisogna presentare un valido documento d'identità di ogni ospite.
We offer our new and sunny apt for rent. The property comes with a large private garden and parking space. Suitable for 4 people (adults and children). Plus a baby cot. The kitchen has dishwasher, oven and a microwave. In addition each room is equipped with individual A/C units. In the beautiful outdoor patio, you will find table and chairs, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you prefer there is also a BBQ to enjoy your cooking. A very comfortable vacation home equipped with everything you need (like bed linen, iron with board, towels, hair dryer, beach chairs, umbrella etc.). During check we will require EUR 60,00 as cleaning fees and a copy of a valid ID for each guest.
