A modern bright attic room with big windows and lovely views of hills and woods. An adjoining toilet and shower area and open plan dining area (with low ceilings). A shared front door with the main house but private use of the upstairs. The studio is in a very quiet area with on street parking. easy access to buses or walkable to the city centre. A great base for Christmas, New Year of the Festival.

The neighbourhood is just off a main road with good bus links to the city centre. It is very quiet and safe with free on street parking.The 5 star Prestonfield Hotel is at the end of the road and you can walk through the grounds. You can walk up Arthurs Seat from the house. We are very near the university halls of residence.
