I grew up in Ventura, lived in Delaware for years, and finally returned, as a retired teacher! I renovated this little house a year ago, and I love it now! There is a deck above the garage with a great view, but I am very close to everything in Ventura. You did know that this is the best place in the Country, right? :) I have an old, very friendly dog, so if you are afraid of dogs, allergic to dogs, or just don't like dogs, you probably should not be here. My house is kosher, mainly vegetarian. No smoking.
