This is a gorgeous, serene loft in a boutique building. The building is Art Deco style and a One of Toronto’s original hard lofts. This is a friendly neighbourhood very safe for children, lots of shops and restaurants with a charming small town feel. This is considered a Beaches neighborhood, so if nature is your thing you can take a short hike through a trail pass through being all the way to the lake in 10 short minutes.
