Ron De Vous on Mulberry is in a duplex built in 1905.The 2000 sq ft apartment is all on the first floor with private entrance. There is a lot of space in our rental to enjoy just to get away or hang out with friends. Our Rental is very welcoming. There is no cleaning fee. Ron De Vous is locate right in the middle of the Historic preservation area. We are a few blocks from everything. There is a coffee shop across the street.

Guest can expect being greeted with large rooms with high ceilings and lot of windows. There are wood floor throughout. The living room has a couch ,a rocking chair and a tv with antenna broadcast(no cable)free wifi. Both bedroom are private with a queen bed, closet and sitting chair. There is a library with books, reading chair and an actual library desk. the dining room has an vintage 50's booth and a Keurig with coffee pods. The front parlor has a bar and 2 easy chair to relax with friends. We want our guest to enjoy a more simple way of life.

The river front bike trail and the new kids play park are a block away. Our rental is right in the middle of everything going on in downtown Evansville, Main street in one direction and Haynie's Corner District in the other.
