The house is located right in the city center, in vicinity to almost all historical attractions from the city: National Arts Museum, Cathedral Park, Stephen the Great Central Park, Museum of Archeology, Concert Hall and many other attractions. The house is absolutely new (was constructed in September 2018) There are 6 individual rooms all equipped with private showers/toilets, new furniture, comfortable mattresses, sofa, table, wardrobe and all other small details needed for comfortable stay.

The rooms are well lit and all of them exit to a quite internal yard. There is a shared kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, a big fridge, microwave, oven, stove, lot of spices, and all utensils needed for cooking and eating. The house has its gated outdoor area perfect for those who like to spend their time in a quite and cozy atmosphere.
