The rest of the ground floor consist of
a laundry - that is free to use, but bring your own detergent.
a kitchen - that can be used for making tea and heating (regular owen, and microwave) food. There is also room in a fridge. No cooking or bakning.
If you are staying for a longer time, we can make another arrangement.
A living room - sofa and telly.
You are welcome to eat in kitchen or sit in living room.
I have free wifi, and it easy to stream news or entertainment.
