Spacious beachfront, totally updated, at the sand's edge. 5 star ratings on VRBO. Rent all to yourself- not sharing with owner/others. Require three day rental unless there are random open dates. 15% discount on weekly rentals, 20% on monthly. Two bedroom (King and twins), two full bath with a queen sofa bed. Sleeps 6. All new furniture. Lanai and windows have fabulous Gulf views. Garage- important for hot Florida sun. Pool, tennis courts, golf course out back door, bikes, laundry on site..!

Our condo is right on the beach in a beautifully maintained complex. Bike paths, nature walks, water sports, great restaurants, shelling and shopping. It's all on Sanibel.

I accept smaller dogs on occasion providing they do not go on the furniture or bedding. There is a $150 pet fee which is not included in the quoted rate. I do screen pets so ask before you book! Also, there are plenty of beach chairs and a large beach umbrella in the garage. Sand toys for the kids in the garage as well as a kid-sized beach chair. Bring your own beach towels or buy/rent towels from the onsite manager. Games and books for kids and adults in the unit.
