The house is in a beautiful and safe area close to the water (1km to a lake and 500m to the sea) and forests only 20 min from Stockholm centre. 10 min walk to closest supermarket. Good acces to public transport and really nice neighbours around. The top floor has 1 toilet with shower, 1 room with a desk and 1 room with a double bed. 1 child bed/ baby bed is available. The house has a big garden with a slide/swings.
The basement is rented out as a separate living area and not accessible for you

The top floor in our house with access to a great kitchen. The area is great for swimming or hiking with easy access to both water and nature. Regular buses ( atleast every 5 min) and trains ( every 20 min) to town ( appr. 20 min ride).
