Welcome to your cozy Nashville suite with private keypad entrance. Our home is within half a mile of the original and famous Slim & Husky's Pizza, less than 5 minute ride to Germantown, about 10 min to Broadway and the Gulch, and 15 minutes from the airport. The Buchanan Suite is located in a transitioning, urban neighborhood and is not the most walking friendly yet, but is changing daily.

A newly renovated guest suite with lots of little extras. Queen size bed, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, refreshments, TV with netflix, all white linens, and extra blankets and towels. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and those in town for business. Space includes a compact desk if visiting for a conference or work event.

You will have access to a private entry, there is a fence gate, small patio area, then an exterior door to enter the suite. Our street has ample free parking.

Private entrance at the front of the house, separate from main entry to home, keypad lock, and motion activated lights to easily enter the home at night.

Our home is located in Downtown Nashville in an up and coming residential neighborhood nicknamed the Buchanan Arts District. Located within a mile of Germantown, a young and lively neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is about 2 miles (under 10 minutes) to Broadway, the Bicentennial Capital Mall, and the Gulch. Between 2 and 3 miles away you will find Midtown, which includes Vanderbilt University, restaurants, and bars. We are only about 5 minutes away from Fisk University and TSU and about 15 minutes to Belmont and Lipscomb.
