My place is close to Old Town, right in the hearth of the City. You’ll love my place because of the architecture both clasic & modern. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Ana Apartment , named after King Mihail wife,was opend in 2018 and we designed it in a modern trends. Ana is a small studio apartment of 24 m2, with a pull-out sofa bed and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower cabin, arranged in a neo-modern style.

We, Cristina and Alex, have a passion for travel, architecture, design and gastronomy.

Whenever we visit a city, we like to get accommodation in centrally-located flats, near everything that makes up that city’s essence and day to day life. Cluj ApartHotel is a project that’s very close to our hearts and we’d like to share it with all those looking for something other than your standard hotel room, with those who appreciate architecture and have a fondness for the blend of classical and modern designs, and who want not just to stay in Cluj, but to LIVE in Cluj.

Currently, Cluj ApartHotel means 4 apartments located in a building that was erected in 1894. Our plan is to extend though :). The building was designed by the Hungarian architect Lajos Rucska and was erected in the most beautiful period of architectural growth that Cluj has ever seen, i.e. the 19th century. To experience the Royalty era, we thought you should live in a “Royal” flat:

We opened the first apartment, Ferdinand, named after King Ferdinand I, in the spring of 2016, following complete refurbishment. We designed it in a modern way, to suit the city’s everyday urban life. It is spacious, with a 60 m2 area.

We opened the second apartment, Carol, named after King Carol I, in the autumn of 2016 and we designed it in a classical-modern blend. It seemed interesting to keep some of the paintings that belonged to the Ramontianu family-a family of intellectuals who lived in this apartment in the 1920s.

The third and the forth apartments (Ana and Mihai) were opend in 2018. "Ana" is a small studio apartment of 24 mp2, suitable for 1-2 persons, and "Mihai" is a large apartment with a bedroom and a livingroom, and it can accomodates up to 4 people.

In each apartment you will find everything you need for breakfast or dinner, a fridge, coffee and tea amenities, city maps, visitor guides and tourist information, bathroom accessories, hair dryer, towels, ironing board, hand ironer etc. Moreover, there’s high speed wireless internet access and digital television in all the flats.
