You will be staying in your own private, large ensuite loft space with dual aspect views. On a clear day the Purbeck Hills can be seen on the horizon. This is a lovely and peaceful space to relax . The loft has a large sofa, desk, swivel chair, a super king size bed and a flat screen tv.
We are a short drive to the chain ferry at Sandbanks which takes you across to Studland and the start of the stunning Jurassic coast. You can drive to the New Forest in 30/40 minutes.

On the first landing there is a private staircase leading up to the loft space.

Guests have use of the entire loft space which is accessed on the second floor of our home giving you privacy and safety. Breakfast is served in the family dining room on first floor. Guests are given a key on arrival so they can come and go as they please. There is always parking available outside the property.

A continental breakfast for two is included in the price . This consists of fresh fruit salad, croissants, toast and a selection of cereals as well as fruit juice, tea and fresh coffee.

We are situated midway between Poole and Bournemouth town centres. We are a ten minute walk to Penn Hill’s vibrant bars and restaurants. A five minute drive or 35 minute walk to the clean blue flag beaches at Canford Cliffs and approximately 2.5 miles from Sandbanks. We are ideally situated for weddings at the Italian Villa at Compton Acres Gardens. There is a busy nightlife at Ashley Cross, 1 mile away. Both Poole and Bournemouth town centres can be reached by public transport.
