Sagemont Estates is both beautiful and stylish boasting a mixture of traditional and modern designs. The floor plan is a open concept design perfect for enjoyment and relaxation. The property is 1.8K sq/ft with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home is located in southeast Houston and is suitable for business travelers, families, and groups. We currently host by individual rooms.

This is a well kept home that has been designer furnished. Guests will find quality and stylish updates throughout the property. The breakfast area and living room share an open concept which makes the space great for rest and relaxation. The house is beautify designed, with comfort and modern living in mind.

Guests will have shared access to the entire home including private access to their own bedroom and a shared bathroom. Guests will have full access to the kitchen, living room, and back patio. However, there will be no access to the garage.
