located in beautiful sullivan county. we have 4 rooms in the main building and 6 cottages on the grounds.All have private bathrooms and we have a guest lounge workout facilities and a large screen tv.. good cell service, free wi fi and cable tv in all rooms, along with mini refrigerators,microwaves and coffee makers and pets under 50 pounds are $10 per night collected at check in with prior approval.

This listing is for either a cottage or an inside room.the guest can specify which they prefer and we can confirm at time of booking.the inside rooms do have steps but are larger and well appointed...the cottages only have 1 room and a queen bed.there is not room in them to add any extra sleeping beds...we do have 1 room in side that can accomodate 4 people but it must be requested and confirmed at time of reservation
