The apartment has a decent size balcony with a view over Iladalen. There's sun from 10 am to sunset. Playground and park right next door. Grocery store 50 meters from the entrance. Great bus connections to the entire city at Aleksander Kiellands plass. 5 minutes walk to Grünerløkka.
