Enjoy the upper level of bungalow, master bedroom suite with queen bed, and guest bedroom with double bed. Beautiful appointed upper level of house with TV, gas stove, and deck (currently under renovation) over looking backyard and forest. Relax in the swim spa hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the trails throughout adjacent private parkland with mountain bike trails only a few minutes away . During the winter months enjoy Horseshoe Resort (4 min) away and Mt. St. Louis Moonstone (8 min).

Orillia is located 20 minutes away with grocery stores and lots of unique shops and restaurants. Located in Craighurst only 10 minutes away there is a small restaurant called Loobies which serves breakfast and lunch and across the street a restaurant called Amiche that serves a great dinner menu.

The house is listed in a quiet forest section of Horseshoe Valley called Sugarbush. Like the areas name suggests there are lots of maple trees and quiet forested areas surrounding the house which make it ideal for a getaway. Located only 20 minutes from Orillia which offers lots of restaurants and unique activities throughout the summer.

I am a teacher in Simcoe County who enjoys the outdoors and many recreational activities. I especially like the summer as I enjoy being close to the water for relaxation.
