Beautiful and spacious 2 storey Condo with 2 Master Bedrooms overlooking the Clarenville Marina. Each bedroom has its' own ensuite washroom and walk in closet. Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean scenery with your morning coffee on the deck while watching the boats come and go from the marina.

Clarenville is a great central location for day trips to many attractions such as iceberg viewing and activities such as Golfing, Hiking, Beaches and Skiing or Snowmobiling in the winter.

You will experience a spectacular unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and utensils as well as a clothes washer and dryer.
Bedrooms are located on the second floor and are accessed by a set of stairs. A 5th person can be accommodated using a supplied blow up mattress.

Although there is no air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans. A Barbeque (grill) is provided, however guests are to supply propane if the tank is empty.

Although we can accommodate up to 5 people, there is an extra charge of $20/person/night for more than 2 people. This will be reflected in the booking price when the number of guests are over 2 people.
