Cute and recently renovated original Ocean City cottage! 1 block from the beach, 1 block from the bay, 200 feet to bus stop that brings you downtown every 10 minutes. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, and we try our best to stock our home with all the essentials to make your stay great. Pets welcome! Environmentally Friendly! 83% of our electricity comes from our participation in a community solar farm, and the balance is offset through wind energy credit purchases.

Miejsce
Three queen beds, one in each bedroom. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, linens, towels, everything you need is provided. We have an additional bunkbed in third bedroom with beautiful skylights shaded by an old tree. Queen size air mattresses are available on request. We have a brand new hot tub in the backyard that is professionally maintained by our hot tub dealer.

Long term tenants of ours uses side of backyard and driveway to access garage and apartment, however there are no shared walls between the house and their living space, it is a completely separate building.
