My place is a little bit like an oasis away from the hectic City or West End action but yet so close. 10 minute walk and you are on Boundary Street.
5 minutes walk to a Greek and Thai. Of course there is a bottle shop. 5 minutes further you enter the strip of restaurants on Hardgrave Road. There is so much to do and explore around my place.
The space is downstairs and you have your own entrance and carport. There is heaps of unlimited parking on the street. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.

We have a reasonable big backyard which you are very welcome to use and there is a shared washing machine (you and me) and a long washing line.

Hi, I moved 20 years ago from Germany to Brisbane. I love it here. My house is an old wooden house and has a lot of character. The house has a good energy and is very quiet. It's only 5 minutes down the road to a nice picnic place at the river, but the garden is very peaceful to hang out and read a book. I am a quiet chatty person. Meeting new people is my happiness.
