Meredith House is a small family owned accommodation which is located 3 doors down from the Strahan Golf Club. It is a short 2 minute drive to the centre of town or a 15-20 minute walk.

The House is a 3 bedroom double storey house with 1 bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with a queen and single bed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a 1 person spa bath with a shower above. It contains its own laundry facilities. It has a partially enclosed backyard.

Meredith House is at the front of the property, via the left-hand driveway. You are welcome to park out the front of the house as that spot is reserved for you.

Popular with guests who enjoy a round of golf, with the Strahan Golf Club located three doors down. For those travelling with children, a recreation ground is located across the road, which is a quiet area within the historical fishing village of Strahan. There is also a playground within walking distance and local swimming beach.Strahan has a rich and vibrant history; featuring convicts, timber cutters, sailors and railwaymen. Mines shaped the region during early European settlement and Huon Piners worked the now 'World Heritage' listed rivers such as the Gordon and Franklin. The nearby Henty Dunes is one of a few nationally registered Aboriginal areas demonstrating early life on the west coast, dated back 11,000 years.
