Art Deco Palace is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house built in 1965 on a freshwater canal with a dock, and a fenced in yard. It has terrazzo floors, a modern kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outback is a screened in lanai and an outdoor patio with a Weber grill. There is a 55 inch LED smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Owned by a local artist, this house is filled with creativity with an art deco flair.

Feed the turtles, fish, and birds with the food pellets out on the dock or in laundry room.

We are very respectful to our local wildlife. Please do not feed any birds anything except for bread, if you are going to feed the turtles please make sure you close the turtle food bin. Do not use bread to fish. You will catch turtles and hurt them. It is against Florida law to feed the alligators. If you see one, please enjoy their beauty from a distance.
