This allows you to effortlessly experience all that Airlie Beach has to offer, including vibrant bars, cafes, shops, lagoon, boardwalks, parks & more! Its all there in the Main Street of Airlie, including Woolworths & other essentials.

*There is 1 carpark allocated to this property but also has on street parking. If your’e planning a boat trip to the magnificent whitsunday Islands, Abel Point Marina is within walking distance which makes your day of fun completely hassle free.

*Offering stylishly renovated interiors, including new air conditioners to both bedrooms & lounge/dining areas. All flooring, furniture , furnishings, electrical goods & homewares are also less than a few years old.

*All windows facing onto the complex are frosted for extra privacy while the opposite side of the property has wall to wall windows to take in the North Queensland breezes & Marina glimpses.

*The air conditioned main bedroom features a very comfortable Queen bed, walk in robe , ensuite, TV & views . There is also a door to the upper level balcony which is a perfect spot to take in the magnificent views while enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon sun-downer.

*The full sized kitchen includes a stove, oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, large fridge etc…with the added bonus of a Nespresso coffee machine.

*The lower balcony flows from the living/dining space where you’ll find a Webber babyQ , 2 outdoor sun chairs & a daybed. There are also 2 shade awnings that can be placed up or down to either maximise the breezes & views or to create a more private feel & shaded area.

- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE! GUESTS ARE ASKED TO SMOKE ON THE STREET
- STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - guests are not permitted to create any noise or nuisance that will disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of others occupying the complex.
- No more than 4 guests are permitted in this property
- Supervision of minors is required at all times
- check in is after 2pm - check out is by 10am
- guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay. Photos are taken before and after each stay
- Lost keys will be charged to the guest - To avoid losing keys, its best practice to leave at least 1 set of keys in the lockbox when exiting the property
- Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction & loss of security deposit
